About Our Services

Our team of highly trained ophthalmologists and accredited graders/image analysts at LORC are involved in contributing to, and leading on ophthalmic studies and projects, working with academic and industry partners in defining imaging end-points to meet study objectives.

This is in addition to our core work of undertaking ophthalmic image analyses, providing ground-truth annotation for development of machine learning algorithms, developing and applying quality assurance processes and producing project reports.

We can closely work with partners to create and design the below to suit your study needs.

Assisting in study design and the development of:

· Imaging acquisition protocols
· Image export guides
· Grading protocols and manuals
· Grading databases
· Grading forms

Imaging modalities we are trained in grading for:

          · Colour Fundus Photography
          · Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT)
          · Fundus Fluorescein Angiography
          · Indocyanine Green Angiography
          · Fundus Autofluorescence (FAF)
          · Optical Coherence Tomography Angiography (OCT-A)

Study-specific training and accreditation is acquired as required, to grade images from different imaging systems and for other investigative modalities e.g. visual fields.
